Why do you charge a fee?
We are passionate about helping small businesses but we understand most start-ups and small brands cannot afford our minimum engagement of $7,500.  This however shouldn't disqualify you from receiving brand help when you need it most. Therefore, we are charging this nominal investment for entrepreneurs serious about building their brands who understand the value of access to premium services.
Is the fee refundable?
No. We do not offer refunds for consultation fees.
How long will I have to wait to get a reply?
